PET RESTRICTIONS

Like many rental apartments or homes, there are pet restrictions on our sites. This isn’t necessarily because we feel these particular breeds are dangerous or untrustworthy, but simply because certain breeds can cause insurance problems to arise. Since there are insurance liabilities tied into our Clarksville rental apartments and homes, there are a number of breeds that will not be permitted onto Huneycutt Realtor managed properties. Unless a homeowner specifically states otherwise, there will be no exceptions to these particular breeds. Unfortunately, due to insurance liabilities, the following breeds are not allowed on Huneycutt Realtors managed properties (including mixed breeds):

Akita

Alaskan Malamute

American Bull Terrier

American Staffordshire Terrier

Chow Chow

Doberman Pinsher

Mastiff

Pit Bull

Presa Canario

Rottweiler

Staffordshire Bull Terrier

ANY Wolf Hybrid

Because of the size of these particular breeds, we want to ensure that the properties we manage will not be damaged by these animals. To ensure even further damage from being done to a home, we do not accept animals under the age of one years old into rental properties.
